Thank you for taking the time to visit my corner of the internet. I'm Lena, a doctor of physical therapy and board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. But before I entered the world of healthcare, I was a movement specialist, a mindfulness instructor, and a registered yoga instructor. My mission is to guide you on a journey of holistic healing, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.
My philosophy is this - pain and dysfunction are a result of issues lying within the entanglement of the physical body, the complex mind, and the emotional heart. I offer a unique, evidence-based approach to healing that integrates the science of manual therapy-based physical therapy techniques with the transformative power of yoga and meditation. This is where the magic happens! I offer a variety of modalities to help manage your pain and dysfunction so you can live life again. Sessions are completely customized to you and where you are at in your movement journey. We work together to develop understanding of how you move, while unpacking how thought and emotion influence movement. Sessions are 60-90 minutes.
